Each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention.
Because of the nature of these items, returns are not accepted.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item

I will make it right — whether through a replacement or a refund.

Order changes or cancellations

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Skin sensitivity

My products are made with gentle, botanical ingredients. However, every skin is different.

Please review ingredients carefully and perform a patch test before use.
Refunds cannot be issued based on personal skin reactions.
